Main Missions :
- Ensure the smooth service operation in accordance with standard service levels
- Be proactive in the evolution and improvement of the service
- Be responsible for the application of procedures coming into effect and participate in their evolution
- Ensure accountability for incident resolution
- Analyze service incidents and the relevance of action plans
- Manage customer relations and be the preferred technical partner for the customer and service managersOptimize service profitability by setting cost reduction objectives and launching automation actions; promote and monitor the pooling of technical means.

Having an ITIL and eSCM SP certification would be an asset

Profile :
BAC + 5 in Computer Science (Engineering School) with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
