Description du poste
Main Missions :
- Manage and develop corporate customer portfolios through targeted loyalty and prospecting actions;
- Supervise the account manager;
- Track customer satisfaction;
- Contribute to the development of synergy with the other sectors and subsidiaries of our group.
- Risk prevention will be an ongoing challenge.
Technical skills :
Bac+5 training in financial management from a business school or equivalent
Have a mastery of the following areas:
- Moroccan banking regulations (Morocco and foreign operations)
- Business assessment and risk analysis,
- Analysis of the financing/investment needs of companies.
Personal skills :
Dynamic person, with a developed business sense and acapacity for listening, negotiation and conviction;
