PERMANENT CONTRACT

Main Missions :

  • Installation & Administration of application servers (IBM WebSphere, Microsoft IIS, Apache ...).
  • IInstallation and administration of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, informix, Mysql...).
  • Operating and managing data servers (administration, automation, development of procedures, security and access authorization, optimization of processing and requests…)
  • Ensure the integrity of existing databases by guaranteeing physical security (backup procedures, restoration, logging, startup after incidents...) and protection (confidentiality, access) 
  • Installation/administration/refresh of digital environments 
  • Support publishers in the implementation of software  package environments
  • Administration of all financial/HR/accounting, software packages, banking, insurance and partner environments.
  • Responsible for the relationship with publishers on one side and the interface with the end customer on the other.
  • Ensure application availability according to negotiated SLAs. 
  • Implement monitoring tools
  • Audit and optimize databases. 
  • Ensure the security/integrity and availability of data hosted on platforms 
  • Incident and escalation management.
  • Maintain inventories and manage changes.
  • Provide technical support to other areas.
  • Actively participate in the choices and evolution of application architecture, components.
  • Capacity planning;
  • Maintenance of operational documentation (schematics, operating procedures …);
  • Update configuration reference documents;
  • Carrying out continuity and availability exercises;

 

Technical skills :

  • Expertise on Oracle databases and related options (Dataguard, RMAN …)
  • Mastery of WebSphere, Apache, IIs, Tomcat application servers ... 
  • Mastery of Unix and Windows OS administration. (AS400 would be a plus) 
  • Oracle performance and tuning expertise
  • Good working knowledge of Shell/powerShell Scripting is required.
  • Experience in Project Management would be a decisive advantage.

Profile :

BAC + 5 in Computer Science (Engineering School) with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
