Description du poste
Main Missions :
- Promote and transmit the design culture within the company and the group
- Work in collaboration with project stakeholders, notably during the guidance phase
- Support the Scrum master/Agile coach in the development of framing workshops (ideally under sprint design format)
- Define personas and customer experiences
- Write and conduct user interviews
- Make UX decisions taking business and technical constraints into account, produce wireframes repetitively integrating user and business feedback.
- Produce or manage the production of models (UI skills are a plus)
- Collaborate with the rest of the Scrum team to improve the UI
- Collaborate with the PO to define the product roadmap
- Work with the group Communication team to create the style guide
- Manage user feedback after "go live" to improve UX
- Be the guarantor of product coherence from a UX point of view
- Monitor relative skill level related to UX and CX
Technical skills :
- Mastery of design thinking techniques
- Knowledge of Agile approaches
- Ability to interact with technical teams
- Comminucation/marketing team and workers team Mastery of Sketch/balsamiq, Adobe CS, InVision
Personal skills :
Ability to manage, motivate and advance a team
Profile :
- Bac + 3 to 5 training in product design
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Legitimate experience in a similar position on IT projects
- Knowledge of banking trades would be a plus
